Commitment to Integrity and Compliance
Alcon is committed to demonstrating integrity in everything we do. WHAT we do at Alcon is critical to help people see brilliantly; HOW we conduct our business in the workplace, in the marketplace, and in society determines our success as a business.
CODE OF BUSINESS CONDUCT
Our Code of Business Conduct (“Code”) serves as the foundation of our Integrity and Compliance program. Our Code defines what we stand for and how we conduct our business. All associates and members of the Board of Directors are expected to conduct company business consistent with the requirements of our Code.
ALCON THIRD PARTY CODE OF CONDUCT
Alcon requires third parties who conduct business with Alcon to comply with applicable legal requirements and to meet Alcon expectations stated in the Alcon Third Party Code of Conduct. Third Parties are also expected to adopt with their own suppliers the same broad principles covered in this Code.
